<h2>Quit Electronics Before Bed</h2>
<p>Get off all things electronic–your phone, television, laptop at least an hour before you get in bed. Spring is busy in the work world and you’ll be surprised (or not) to find yourself non-stop working. Stop answering emails before you close your eyes for the night. Your phone will be there for you in the morning, so try to charge it anywhere other than your bedroom. Read a book, magazine, or article instead of binge-watching a show late at night.
